About the Author
G E Bacques was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and currently resides on Tongva land in Los Angeles.
Inspired by the natural world and history, her work focuses on environmental, humanitarian, and cultural interests.
Her passion for stories—particularly children’s stories—is greatly attributed to her grandmothers, who were colorful storytellers and cultivated her imagination as a child.
The Shenandoah Valley Trolls is an ode to old-world folklore and fables, as well as a testament to the forces of nature and our place in it.
